Health Plan Options for 2019

State employees have four HMO’s and HealthChoice available for plan year 2019. Global Health, BlueLincs and HealthChoice are available state wide while Aetna HMO will now be offered in limited counties in both the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. CommunityCare HMO will once again be offered in the Tulsa area only.

Listed below are Health, dental and vision plan choices for State employees:

HEALTH CARRIERS INCLUDE:

Oklahoma state employees have the option to opt out of the offered benefits. A TRICARE Supplement plan is once again available through the employee benefit program for retired Military Employees.

In 2019, the Debit Card will again be offered at NO CHARGE:
The Flexible Spending Debit card continues gaining popularity among employees. The annual fee of $14.40 usually charged for the card has been paid on behalf of the employee by the Employees Benefits Department.

Option Period is October 1st through October 31st, 2018.

Don't forget to enroll online. Last year, 93% of employees chose this convenient enrollment option.

Questions regarding your benefits should be directed to your agency’s Benefits Coordinator.

Throughout the year, you can access the BAS System, for Benefits and Flexible Spending Information. Use the ID and password you selected during Online Enrollment. Please allow Pop Ups from this Site when viewing reports.

 Attention Employees Eligible for Medicare
